Allen's hummingbird
In December 2020, a homeowner outside of New Glarus, WI had a hummingbird come to her feeders. The hummingbird was banded by Cynthia Bridge and was documented as the first state record of an Allen's hummingbird. The homeowner, Pam, was very gracious in opening her yard to visitors and we had a chance to see the bird on December 20, 2020:
