Practice

Golf begins Tuesday, June 4, 2019, 6:15 to 7:15 pm, at Ellsworth Meadows Golf Club, 1101 Barlow Road, Hudson. The team is coached by Chip Booth of Hudson. Practice continues each Tuesday night through the end of July. Coach Booth also recommends golfing with your partners for fun, until the snow flies.

For questions about the team, email Coach Chip Booth at Chip.Booth@AkronMcD.com.

Volunteers are needed to serve as both golf partners and practice assistants!!!! Volunteer partners generally attend each practice and are paired with one of our Special Olympians. The partner is not there to golf for the Special Olympian, but to partner together as a team. Each team is encouraged to play a round of golf on Tuesday night in lieu of practice. Volunteers are also needed to assist on Tuesday night at the driving range and putting green. Please contact Coach Booth at Chip.Booth@AkronMcD.com for information and volunteer forms Additional details are available under "Volunteer Information" on the left-hand side on the page.
