What did you take away from writing the genre analysis? I took away that knowing about different documents pertain to your field are important to understand because you want to know that you are doing the job right and doing it the best you can.
What key insights did you have while working on this assignment about how rhetorical strategies function within this genre? Since I have a little experience in music, knowing certain things and how they are worded in documents I am able to understand what it says.
What did you learn about writing from analyzing the key components that define this genre used in your profession? I learned that even though I know what the paper or document says, other people don't and trying to make sure they understand is important.

What does it show about your ability to compose and revise your own texts and edit them so they are appropriate for your professional discourse community? In school, I am used to writing papers and making revisions so taking that into college with me isn't really new to me.
What does it show about how your use of evidence is appropriate for the expectations of your professional discourse community? This shows that the evidence isn't only in the music industry but used all across the media platform so other people are able to know and understand its important.
