Memory Lane respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
You can request deletion of your Memory Lane account at any time.
To delete your account, you can:
Open the Memory Lane app
Go to Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm your request
If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us.
Send a request to:
Email: [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS]
Please include the email address associated with your Memory Lane account so we can identify your account.
When your account is deleted:
Your account information will be permanently removed
Your stored memories (photos, audio, and text) will be deleted
Your access to shared family memories will be removed
Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete from the time the request is processed.
Some limited information may be retained if required for:
Legal obligations
Fraud prevention
Security purposes
Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
