My leadership statement is a perfect example of my understanding of the intricacies of leadership and all of its parts. Specifically, how it relates to the healthcare field and its workers. I go into detail on the on going issue of Healthcare worker burn out and how it should be handled by a competent leader.

My paper on ego free leadership is an in depth analysis of a very popular best seller called Ego Free Leadership by Brandon Black and Shayne Hughes. In this paper I show my understanding of the themes of addressing personal bias and looking inward first to be a better and more competent leader.
