Teamwork and Communication are important in any workplace. However, the healthcare field is an ever growing and changing environment that runs on constant quality improvement. This means that no matter what position you have in the healthcare sphere, you will have to work in teams and practice good communication to further the improvement of healthcare. Below I have provided a brief reflection of a particularly useful communication lesson/exercise I experienced.
