Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is because it replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness, while also providing other essential nutrients required for good health. You may not know but the meaning behind the word Breakfast is break-fast. It means what it says you're breaking your fast from the night before.
As a student I know it can be difficult fitting breakfast into your busy morning routine. Some students live far away and don’t have time in the morning, some days it's a matter of being late and having breakfast, or being on time and not. In those cases the best solution is to try to: wake up earlier, make or plan your breakfast the night before so grab it and go and eat it on your way to school or at school, or buy something on your way to school.
Some fast and nutritional options can be:
Smoothies
Overnight Oats
Muffins: blueberry, banana nut, cinamon, corn bread, and more
Breakfast burritos
Yogurt and granola
Bacon egg and cheese
Bagel with cream cheese
Cereal with whole milk
Fruit
Warm Oatmeal with fruit
