Hwayeon Ryu

I am an Assistant Professor in the mathematics and statistics department at Elon University in North Carolina. 

My research interests are focused on mathematical modeling and analysis of dynamical systems arising from other disciplines, like systems biology, neuroscience, immunology, epidemiology, or sociology. My work is currently supported by the National Science Foundation research grant, DMS-2151990. I also have a great passion for the development of a bridge curriculum and program between mathematics and biology.
