Assessment

In this interactive scenario, you’ll be working with Millie, your colleague who previously managed the library map. She will walk you through the recent changes made to the library, and prompt you to (1) decide which action are needed to update the map and (2) recall the steps involved in performing each of those actions.

Based on the conversation you had with Millie, the following changes were done in the library:

1. The Newspapers shelf was moved into the Media Room.

2. A new greeter’s desk was added near the entrance.

3. The Graphic Novels shelf was repurposed as Mystery shelves.

4. Shelves in the Early Learning Center were removed.

5. A new meeting pod was added in the Media Room.

6. The library website needs to be linked to the library logo for quick access.

Now, your task is to perform the actions you decided to take to update the library map. Using what you’ve learned, create the following:

• An updated printed map in the form of an exported PDF.

• An updated digital map in the form of a  shareable link that can be accessed online (i.e., uploaded in AWS).
