Opponent lost connection with server

It is important to understand that each such case is considered individually. We cannot reliably determine whether the opponent really had a problem with the connection (Internet, light, etc.) or whether he did it on purpose. Therefore, such complaints will be considered with a delay of 1 day. If an opponent appears online during this time and asks you to finish your game, you need to agree on a time at which it will be convenient for both of you to finish the game. If you ignore/refuse, or add an opponent to the blacklist, the complaint will be canceled.

Due to the possibility of the lobby servers crashing, make sure that the servers are working and your connection is in a stable state. Complaints sent during a server outage will not be accepted for processing.

Opponent doesn't accept turn/doesn’t move in battle (AFK)

In this case you need to ask your opponent if he is here, then wait 10 minutes. If the opponent doesn’t answer in the meantime, you can safely leave from game and send a report. In the report you need to attach a chat screenshot, which shows timestamps and that opponent didn’t answer you.

Breaking rules or having unfair advantages(cheating)

In this case after game you need to check saves and make sure that opponent is cheating. Don't leave the game without admitting defeat, if you think that the opponent is cheating. If suspicions are confirmed you shouldn’t worry about rating.

Crash in game and opponent wont load

If your game crash and your opponent doesn't want to load you can show him screenshot of crashlog(generate in game folder), using any image hosting(imgur.com -> new post). In case this doesn't help, you can send report, attaching chat screenshot and crashlog file.

Please, no need to insult your opponent, because he may simply not trust you, and you may not trust him. So basically, if you find yourself in this situation - end the game, then blacklist your opponent if you still have suspicions, and never play with him again.
