Reports are reviewed in descending order from newest to oldest. Sometimes there are pauses in checking reports, and the number of reports accumulates. Based on this, report reviews may be significantly delayed. We will only respond to reports if you sent insufficient evidence, for example, you didn't send a screenshot of the chat, or didn't attach the saves in case of a cheater report. Also, please check out the examples of reports in the "how to report" section so that we don't have any problems reviewing your report.
If possibility of save game was not initially discussed, then during a long game, the player has the right to demand to save the game in order to continue it later at the appointed time for which you agree. If for some reason you can't come to an agreement, send an email to heroes3lobby@gmail.com or message any online admin/support to resolve the conflict.
In this case you can easily find opponent’s nickname. Just open folder where you installed HotA and find saved games. Approximate path is
D:\Heroes3_HotA\games\HotA Random
This folder contains a list of all your games. Just sort the folders by date modified and the topmost folder will be called the opponent's nickname.
Password can be easily found in text file passwords.txt located in directory ...\Heroes3_HotA\games
Inside the file at the bottom will be information about your last game.
If you forgot the password to your account just send your nickname to heroes3lobby@gmail.com from the mail which you used to register your account .
When simultaneous turns are interrupted, red makes his turn as normal, and blue rolls back to the end of his previous turn(autosave). There is no need to load anything after an interruption occurs. System will roll back both players to the correct positions.
If the game closes instantly after pressing the login button to enter the lobby you need to start with reinstalling HotA. It almost always solves the problem, but if it doesn’t then feel free to email us at heroes3lobby@gmail.com
