A Special Thank You in this time of need

Thanks to all the businesses and individuals for supporting the regatta in the past and currently helping raise much needed money for our local hospices. 

The mission of the Hospice Turkey Shoot Regatta is to support healthcare that focuses on providing comfort and support to individuals with a terminal illness and their families during the end-of-life journey.  Money raised from the Hospice Turkey Shoot Regatta, Inc. goes to Hospice Support Services of the Northern Neck and Riverside Hospice.  Your donation and support helps hospice reach and touch many lives and helps these organizations reach their goals.  

If you would like to make a donation (which is tax deductible), you can now do it by several different methods:

1. You can do it in-person at the event

2. You can do it by mailing in a check (see below)

3. You an do it online as a business, group, or as an individual (see below)

By check, please make check payable to "Hospice Turkey Shoot Regatta" and mail to the Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC) Attn: Tom Chapman, PO Box 55,  Irvington, VA  22480

If you would like to make a donation online, you can use the Zeffy website link listed below.  The Zeffy website automatically adds a requested donation amount to support their site as the platform is free to non-profits and there are no transaction fees. You are not required to pay a fee and you are able change their requested amount to your choice, including $0; however, since their site is free for our charity event - a donation to Zeffy would be appreciated.

Donors to the Hospice Turkey Shoot Regatta will be listed in the event program pamphlet under the following categories according to the size of their donation: 

Admiral - $2000 and above

Captain - $1500-$1999

Commodore - $750 -$1499

First Mate - $250-$749

Sailor - up to $249

Business donations will have "business phone #" after name in the event program pamphlet and Memorial donations will have "in memory of ____" after name in event program pamphlet.  When you make a donation through Zeffy, you can opt to receive a receipt of the transaction that may be used as a tax deduction.
