Shoreside events at Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC), 100 Rappahannock Road, Irvington, VA and race conducted on the Rappahannock River near Carter's Creek.

Friday, October 2, 2026

4 to 7pm   Skipper Check in 

4 to 5:15pm Orientation and Racing Rules Simplified for infrequent racers in RRYC Clubhouse.

5:30 to 7:30pm Happy Hour (Heavy hors d'oeuvres, music and cash bar)  (open to the public)

~6:30 to ~9:30pm Live band Deadrise 

Saturday, October 3, 2026

7 to 8:30am Breakfast for skippers and crew

9am Skippers Meeting

11am Race

5pm to ? Cocktail Hour and Food Trucks (cash bar for beer/wine)   (open to the public)

6 to 9pm Live band Curtis Knocking   (open to the public)

Sunday, October 4, 2026

7 to 8:15am Breakfast for skippers and crew

8:30am Skippers Meeting

10:30am Pursuit Race

~3:00pm Awards Ceremony will be held in the event tent as soon as results for the regatta series are available. Overall series and Sunday Race Standings will be posted in the event tent as soon as possible.
