Schedule of Events (Tentative and subject to change)
Shoreside events will take place at Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC), 100 Rappahannock Road, Irvington, VA and race conducted on the Rappahannock River near Carter's Creek.
Friday, October 2, 2026
4 to 7pm Skipper Check in
4 to 5:15pm Orientation and Racing Rules Simplified for infrequent racers in RRYC Clubhouse.
5:30 to 7:30pm Happy Hour (Heavy hors d'oeuvres, music and cash bar) (open to the public)
Tickets for hors d’oeuvres and beer/wine/sodas/water will be for sale at the merchandise/beverage tent. Cost for hors d’oeuvres is $20.00 each and beverages vary on your selection.
~6:30 to ~9:30pm Live band Deadrise

7 to 8:30am Breakfast for skippers and crew
9am Skippers Meeting
11am Race
5pm to ? Cocktail Hour and Food Trucks (cash bar for beer/wine) (open to the public)
Two Options for dinner available at the HTSR location - Rappahannock River Yacht Club.

2. BBQ - There will be tickets for sale at the merchandise/beverage tent. The BBQ will be provided from Scoots BBQ (Gloucester Point VA) and requires a pre-purchased ticket at the merchandise/beverage tent. This will be a limited menu of either brisket, pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwiches, along with some side options. The BBQ option will be limited so get your tickets early. Tickets will be $20.00 each.
6 to 9pm Live band Curtis Knocking (open to the public)

10:30am Pursuit Race
~3:00pm Awards Ceremony will be held in the event tent as soon as results for the regatta series are available. Overall series and Sunday Race Standings will be posted in the event tent as soon as possible.
