Registration

Once the form is completed, payments can be made online, in person at the Village, or mailed in. Payments are due on June 12th. The Village Hours are 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Thursday and 7 am to 1 pm on Fridays. 

For Online Payments, please follow the instructions below:

- Click on the link below. Which will take you to the Summer Rec Program on the Village Website.

- Click the top link "Summer Rec Online Payment."

- You will click "Pay as Guest", for the department section, click on "Public Charges", then for payment type click "Rec Dept- Summer Registration."

- Then enter your name, email, and the amount that was provided in the Google Form. (Please make sure the information for the online payments is the same as the Google Form.)

*Reminder to payer: 2.9% + 30cents convenience fee for credit cards. $1.10 for e-checks
