Want a job? Playing games and interacting with kids all day? 

Counselors are the ones who interact with the kids the most, organize games and activities, and forge good relationships with the kids. Counselors should be compassionate, and creative and show good leadership qualities. Many kids in the program enjoy sports and arts & crafts.
