As we have done in the past, we will continue to utilize the Remind platform to facilitate communication between our program and the guardians or parents of our participants. By using Remind, we can inform our valued participants about important updates, upcoming events, and other pertinent information relevant to their involvement in our program. We believe this communication channel is a key component of our efforts to provide participants with a comprehensive and collaborative learning environment. We have a strict policy of allowing only guardians and parents into our Remind group. You must receive approval from the director to join the group.
This Form is designed specifically for guardians or parents who need to report any conflicts or fights that may have occurred during our program. This form aims to gather important information about the incident, including the date, time, and other relevant details that may help us understand what happened and how to prevent similar incidents. Your cooperation in filling out this form is greatly appreciated, as it will help us maintain a safe and enjoyable program for all participants. The form is not accepting responses yet.
