Student Timetables

We have created 6 new students each teaching year to mimic all tutor groups for all 6 houses giving an array of options for 6 students in GCSE and A-Level. Alongside to debug options and each class.

How to enroll students

Using a custom Google Sheets formula students can 'subscribe' to a class by the classcode being entered on the side of their student timetable page. This also includes clashes.

Debugging Contents

Duplicate Teachers

When making teacher timetables manually, sometimes this duplication can occur. Thus seeing a class twice in the same period with two different teachers

Missing periods

In Years 7-11 where there should be no free periods, if there is a free period there is a period missing.

For example, in this debugging scenario: Monday Period 4 is missing when Year 9s have no free periods
