Ideas & Uses

  • Flavor and nutrition enhancement to any large leaf greens salad

  • Toppings or main ingredient on sandwiches, paninis, pizza, and tacos

  • Easy nutrition boost to make any egg a gourmet omelets.

  • Add to a smoothie based on flavor or nutritional profile required

  • Citrus fruits are especially good to stand up to the flavor of the microgreens especially in smoothies

  • Blend into a sandwich spread using cream cheese, sour cream or mayonnaise

  • Late addition to a soup or sauce for added flavor and nutritional enhancement

  • Greens can be mixed directly into burger. This works especially well with the mustard family

  • Blend into a pesto, sauce, or dip

  • Light flavoring to a fish or sea food dish

  • Garnish to any dish

  • Nutty flavored microgreens can be diced finely and added to a bread or muffin mix

  • Corn shoots are a wonderful addition to salads, salsas and even corn bread mixes.
