The greatest benefit of microgreens is how packed with vitamins and minerals they are compared with the adult version of the same plant.  An additional benefit is the intense flavor they can add to any dish or on their own.

We grow all of the following throughout the year and are always looking to add to our catalog:

SALAD MIXES

Our salad mixes vary throughout the year and include combinations of Kale, Broccoli, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Cabbage, Mustard, Carrot, Beets, and Chard (just to name a few).   Hints of cabbage flavor come from the Kohrabi and Red Cabbage with a slight buttery and peppery flavor from the Arugula.   These blends are typically mild and can be added to any sandwich or wrap or serves as a flavorful addition to a full leaf green salad.  It can stand up to the most intense dressings. We have seasonal blends of salad greens throughout the growing season to "mix things up a bit".   Check our Facebook page or newsletter for our current blend.
