Act as a liaison between the teacher, other grade-level parents, and the PTA.
Act as an activities coordinator for classroom and grade-level celebrations by helping with scheduling, supplies needs, and recruiting volunteers.

Planning begins 3 months before the event. A talent show that ensures all students have the opportunity to be equally involved rather than a few taking starring roles whilst the others operate as support characters.
The showcase format allows for them to participate in a broad range of material rather than being limited to one particular style.
1 - 2 hours/week the first 10 weeks, 20 hrs/week the last 2 weeks

VIP DAY

Culture Nights are a great way to learn about cultures different than your own. They can include presentations, performances, food tasting, and so much more. Culture Nights are primarily hosted by cultural and identity based student organizations.

The fiscal year for the PTA concludes on June 30.
It is recommended that the financial review occur after the fiscal year.
The review can be completed between July and August and presented at the first PTA meeting in September.
Time Commitment: 5 hours / year broken down as 4 hours to complete the review and 1 hour for the PTA meeting.
Garden/Grounds
