We will need to have this application done by February 9th. This day will also be when the deposit for your spot will be due. Once we have your deposit of $150, your spot will be secured. This is a non-refundable deposit!

• Everyone must travel together. We cannot allow for meetups in Eleuthera because of how crazy it is to travel right now. 

• You are responsible for paying for your checked luggage, airport food, snack shack at CB and Fun Day lunch!

• Camp Bahamas is located on the small island of Eleuthera where there is wifi, but it is very limited and only available to the staff there. Zach and I will create a Hope Co. Eleuthera Mission page on Instagram and Facebook to keep your friends and family updated. If for some reason you need to get into contact with your family during the trip, you may call with our phones (as the signal for American phones is not great).

• If you would like to be able to make calls and send texts while you are there, you will need to contact your cell phone company to see what plan will work for you in the Bahamas.
