On January 21st, our Best Drilled Squad and Best Drilled Platoon teams participated in the Best Drilled Competition hosted by Madison High School. Our teams placed 2nd for Best Drilled Platoon and 3rd for Best Drilled Squad!

On December 10th, our Color Guard, UDT and ADT teams participated in the annual Sweetwater Drill Meet at Sweetwater Union High School. Our battalion placed 2nd overall, 3rd Varsity Color Guard, 2nd Place Unarmed out of 18 schools! 

On December 3rd, our battalion staff helped to provide over eight thousand pounds of food raised by our cadets over the month of November. 

On November 5th, our Varsity Color Guard team presented the colors at the Navy Retirement Event in Balboa Park.

On November 2nd, our Academic team placed first against San Diego and Lincoln in the third round of the Academic League.

On October 14th, 2022, our Varsity Color Guard, Varsity ADT 10-Man, UDT 4-Man and Honor Guard teams performed at the Hoover vs Claremont football game.

On October 14th, 2022, our Varsity Color Guard, Varsity ADT 10-Man and UDT 4-Man teams performed at the Pep Rally.

On October 12th, 2022, our Academic team placed 2nd against Scripps Ranch and Point Loma in the second round of the Academic League.

On October 7th, 2022, our Varsity Color Guard team presented the colors at the Hoover vs Classical Academy football game.

On October 5th, 2022, Hoover High hosted an open house, and our Color Guard and UDT 4-man teams represented our JROTC program.

On October 1st, 2022, cadets from our battalion attended the annual Cadet Picnic event against 8 other schools. Our cadets participated in games like egg relay, hot shot, tank tube and sack relay. We placed first place in hot shot out of all 8 schools!

On September 30th, 2022, our Varsity Color Guard presented the colors for the Hoover vs Coronado football game 

Beginning on September 12th, ending on September 29th, cadets will have a chance to expand their knowledge on stationary movements, basic drill, and etiquette.

On September 23rd, 2022, our Varsity Color Guard team carried the colors for our Hoover football team against the Maranatha Christian football team.

On September 21st, 2022, Academic Team placed third in Round One of the Academic Bowl. Our team played against Kearny High School, University City High School and Morse High School

On September 17th, 2022, the Hoover JROTC Color Guard team presented the colors for the San Diego Loyal Soccer Club game hosted by the University of San Diego.

On September 16th, 2022, the Hoover JROTC Color Guard team carried the colors for the Hoover vs O'Farrell Charter football game.

On August 24th, our Color Guard team carried the colors for the Regional School Police Annual Summer Training at Wilson Middle School.

On August 19th, our Color Guard carried and presented the colors for our school's football game against Mountain Empire High School.
