DEADLINE: June 15th, midnight HOL time
Please submit to zokivphantom@gmail.com with the subject "Potions - Project - HOL Name"
Example if I was to submit mine: Potions - Project - Prof. Zoki Phantom. Other people may write for example: Potions - Project - Barbara Potter.
Each option is worth 30 House Points. You get to choose which one you prefer to do. Please submit only one, as I'm unable to award you more than 30 house points, regardless of the amount of work you do!
We talked about the potential career paths one can take should they choose to make Potions their primary focus. Yet, we didn't actually talk about any famous potioneer. Your task is to find and research a potioneer from the Wizarding World. Tells us who they were, what their achievements were, and any additional facts or anecdotes you can find about their life.
You will need to look for information yourself outside of the class content. Please list/credit accordingly any sources that you use for this. For full house points I expect at least 300 words on the topic.
We jumped into the world of potions by looking at a select few basic ones. Now it's your time to get creative and come up with a completely new potion! What is it called? What are the ingredients? How do you make it? What does it do? You have complete freedom to write this in whatever way works for you, and to choose what details you include in the story.
You're free to take into account everything from the class. You're also free to completely create something out of scratch from your mind. If you use any additional sources please list/credit them accordingly. For full house points I expect at least 300 words on the topic.
You've learned how to make potions! Show us how this looks by creating a piece of art that depicts you brewing a potion. What's in the room? What's on the desk? Where are you?
If you already did something similar for a previous creative piece, you can choose to focus on anything else from the lessons instead. Whatever you choose to do, note at least a one sentence description of what your piece of art represents.
Please keep in mind that this task is worth 30 house points and as such effort should be on a similar level. One art piece is sufficient but should show effort. Should you use any external resources please list/credit them accordingly.
