Option #1 - Essay Piece

Clearly potions can easily go bad. Could be because of a filthy cauldron, because of wrong ingredients, wrong amounts of ingredients, wrong order of mixing the ingredients, or basically anything else. How do you believe potioneers approach the task of brewing something completely new? How do you envision one can create new potions while at the same time staying safe? How would you do this?

You're free to take into account everything in this lesson - if you use any additional sources please list/credit them accordingly. For full house points I expect at least 300 words on the topic.

Option #2 - Creative Piece

Everything starts with the recipe when it comes to brewing. Therefore textbooks are an essential piece in the world of potions. Come up with a new book about Potions and present it to us. Give it a title, author, a cover. Show us how it would look like, whether in closed or open view. Everything is up to you, including the final result!

Please keep in mind that this task is worth 30 house points and as such effort should be on a similar level. For writing I expect at least 300 words, for art and similar one piece is sufficient but should show effort. Should you use any external resources please list/credit them accordingly.
