Why do you believe cauldrons to be the item of choice when it comes to brewing potions? Do you believe there might be more practical or efficient methods for it?
Each option is worth 30 House Points. You get to choose which one you prefer to do. Please submit only one, as I'm unable to award you more than 30 house points, regardless of the amount of work you do!
As we've seen today we have an array of tools, ingredients, recipes and practices regarding potion making. One could say you simply need to get a textbook and the potions are essentially at your fingertip (well not really, but almost)! How do you believe this topic has evolved over the years? What were the first attempts at brewing potions? What problems lead to which solutions? In short, how do you envision the history of potions brought us here?
You're free to take into account everything in this lesson - if you use any additional sources please list/credit them accordingly. For full house points I expect at least 300 words on the topic.
There is clearly the need to ease the work required for making potions, as evident by the creation of such devices like a self-stirring cauldron. We also mentioned rumours about experiments with self-cleaning cauldrons. Your task would be to come up with a brand new invention idea to help with the process of brewing potions, beyond the listed two, and describe it in details!
This can be done in art form, in a written story form, or even anything else you may think of. Please keep in mind that this task is worth 30 house points and as such effort should be on a similar level. For writing I expect at least 300 words, for art and similar one piece is sufficient but should show effort. Should you use any external resources please list/credit them accordingly.
