Notice: Winter Trip to Hogsmeade Village

Dear Students,

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Winter Trip to Hogsmeade Village, a seasonal tradition that offers a delightful day of holiday cheer, shopping, and magical sights. All eligible third-year students and above are invited to participate in this year’s trip.

Winter Hogsmeade Trip Date:
Saturday, December 16th

Departure and Return:
Students will depart from the Hogwarts grounds at 9:00 AM and return by 5:00 PM. Please dress warmly, as winter weather in Hogsmeade can be quite chilly and snowy.

Highlights and Activities:
Hogsmeade will be festively decorated for the holiday season! Students can enjoy:

• Warm butterbeer and seasonal treats at The Three Broomsticks

• Holiday shopping at Zonko's, Honeydukes, and other local shops

• A visit to the post office to send enchanted holiday letters

• Sightseeing of the enchanted holiday displays around the village

Permission Slips:
Students wishing to attend must submit a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian to their Head of House no later than December 10th.

Reminder:
Please remember to bring all necessary supplies, including warm clothing, spending money, and any personal items needed for a comfortable and safe trip. All students are expected to represent Hogwarts with pride and to follow school rules while in Hogsmeade.
