Meet Alice, she's a 17 ft 1970 Banner Cruiser.
Origin Story
I bought her from a Midwestern couple who had been living with her for a few years. With them she traveled up the east coast to Maine and and braced cold winters in Missouri. Alice was only a few hours drive away in the North Carolina mountains. Alice's interior was designed by it's original owner, a Midwestern artist who repurposed furnishings and wood from her grandmother's home. Alice was named in her honor, and I am happy to carry on with her name.
The trailer manufacturer, Banner, is rather mysterious! They produced camper trailers for about two decades. Beside one online community I found, there is virtually not much information! If you know any history about Banner, I'm all ears.
Dry, Off-Grid Camper
I found Alice to be without running water, which is why many potential buyers ultimately decided against her. At this time, I'd rather outsource these amenities or find alternatives. That being said, literal RV hookups for sewer and water aren't valuable to me. Regarding electric, I was able to invest in a solar system! Access to shore power or standard AC 120 volts could be a bonus in unfavorable weather.
