We will be focusing on the fifth-grade program using the Our Mission of Love from the Image of God Series. This year’s program emphasizes three areas of faith: Christ, the Church and the sacraments. At the end of each class, your child will bring home a family note that explains the focus of each lesson in the unit. This supplement includes family activities that reinforce the lessons taught in class. I encourage you to read this material and take the time to complete the family activities.

We are learning about the Blessed Trinity and how we are a part of the communion of persons in our home and community.

Discussing Creation of the physical and spiritual world and how we are called to be stewards of the world.

How might you deepen your relationship with each person of the Trinity?
In considering the Trinity as a relationship or community of love, how does that Image of

What greater environmental issues do you feel most concerned about or called to
respond to?
Do you recognize the ways that your individual actions contribute to a broader collective
impact?
