Hello everyone! My name is Mia Concepcion, i’m currently a senior here at HML and I am happily your MUN President for the 2021-2022 school year. I have been in MUN for 3 years and have truly loved every single moment of it. A fun fact about me is that one of my favorite movies is ‘La La Land’. I’m so excited to see what this year holds for our amazing club :)

Hi my name is Megan Casal and I am this years Model UN Vice President! I’ve been a part of this club for all four years of high school and I’ve grown to love it very much! One fun fact about me is that before moving to Miami, I lived in Canada for about 10 years!

Hi everyone! My name’s Angie Zuleta and I’m a junior at HML. This year, I’ll be your Secretary for the HML Model UN Club. I’ve been in MUN for 3 years, entering my 4th year. When I’m not doing Model UN, you can usually find me obsessing over ice or baking something. Other than that, I can’t wait to enjoy this year with you all!

Elizabeth Alvarez

Hey everyone! My name is Elizabeth Alvarez, I’m class of 2022 and I’m this team’s treasurer! I joined Model United Nations freshmen year and I’ve learned not only public speaking and debating skills, but have also learned about so many different things in committees that have helped me figure out what I want to do after high school. This club is one big family and I can’t wait for the upcoming year:).

Hello to all! My name is Maurits Acosta and it is my pleasure to serve as this year's historian. I am a 9th grade student at HML with a passion of serving my school and community. I started to partake in Model UN during my 7th grade year. As historian my tasks include managing the MUN social media sites, including this webpage. I look forward to a successful year filled with many blessings (and MUN awards).
