Mission of the project

To facilitate and personalise learning and teaching, our College is implementing "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) policy for HLC students. Through the project, we believe it will solidify communication and collaboration to compensate the limitations of traditional learning mode. Learning will not longer be restricted to within a classroom, but also extended to anywhere outside of the classroom.

為使學習更個人化，促進學與教，我校正推行學生「自攜裝置」(BYOD) 計劃，讓同學於課堂使用流動裝置學習。 書院相信透過此計劃加強溝通及協作機會，從而彌補傳統學習方法的不足。學習將不會再局限於課室中，學生亦有機會於課室以外環境輕鬆學習。

BYOD Timeline 計劃流程

July:

• Helping new S1 students purchase their iPads during the Registration Day event

August:

• Resetting any iPads that new students already own

• Installing the required apps and software on existing student devices

September:

• Arrival of new iPads purchased by the school

• Installing appropriate apps and settings on the new devices

October:

• Distribution of new iPads to students

七月:

• 註冊日: 協助新 S1 學生購買 iPad

八月:

• 重置新學生已擁有的任何 iPad

• 在現有學生的設備上安裝所需的應用程式和軟體

九月:

• 新購買的 iPad 到貨

• 在新設備上安裝適當的應用程式和設定

十月:

• 發放 iPad
