Procedures

Step 1: If your iPad is lost, damaged or needs repairing, please contact School Office and consult any of the IT technicians for suggestions.

Step 2: Get free online/phone/face-to-face consultancy for technical advice (Genius Bar)

Step 3: Contact Genius Bar for technical support. An appointment has to be made either in person, on phone or online. All apple devices have a unique serial number. Most of the services are Genius Bar are free if AppleCare/AppleCare+ was phrased at the time of purchase. The warranty and protection varies from student to student. You may contact Genius Bar to verify your AppleCare warranty status.

Step 4: If you have purchased HKT Smart Warranty, you may call 1833 282 for technical support.

(If your iPad is under repair, please contact School Office for a temporary device.)

一. 如發現iPad損壞或遺失,應立即主動通知校務處及IT部門。

二. 如遇到iPad損壞,軟件或硬件問題, 可聯絡Genius Bar

三. 如需獲得硬件協助,可親身/致電或網上預約Genius Bar服務。所有iPad均附有獨立產品編號,家長/同學只需帶同iPad到Apple Store即可使用Genius Bar服務。如家長於購買iPad時亦有選購AppleCare/AppleCare+,大部分Genius Bar服務均為免費。書院未有同學AppleCare記錄,如需確認AppleCare服務保障期,家長/同學可自行聯絡Genius Bar

四. 如家長有選購HKT Smart Warranty,可致電1833 282尋求技術支援。

(維修過程中,如有需要,同學可聯絡校務處借用學校iPad)
