Officers

President

1. Act as the chief executive of the HKSfN;

2. Be the Chair of the Council and of all Meetings of the HKSfN and a Member of all Committees appointed by the Council; and

3. Execute all orders and resolutions passed by the Council.

Treasurer

1. Have signatory powers;

2. Be responsible for the financial operations of the HKSfN, including but not limited to all monies and valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the HKSfN;

3. Be responsible for full and accurate accounting of receipts and financial transactions either in the name and to the credit of the HKSfN, or ordered by the President; and

4. Be responsible for other duties ordered by the President.

Secretaries

1. Have signatory powers;

2. Be responsible for the administrative operations, internal and external affairs of the HKSfN, including but not limited to arrangements of visiting speakers, coordination of seminars, keeping contact with the SfN and maintenance of meeting minutes;

3. Be responsible for other duties ordered by the President; and

4. Serve as the chairperson of the Presidential Nominating Committee.
