Business Meetings

An Annual Business Meeting shall be held at such time and venue as the Council shall designate. A Special Business Meeting may be held from time to time by the President, or in case of his/her absence or disability, by the Council or at the request of at least ten members.

All Members are eligible to attend Annual Business Meetings and Special Business Meetings.

Closed-door Meetings

Closed-door Meetings for HKSfN-related purposes may be sponsored by the HKSfN upon approval of the President, Council or any Committee. The eligibility of members to attend shall be determined by the President, Council or Committee(s) in demand.
