Standing Committees
Presidential Nominating Committee shall be responsible for nominating candidates for the Presidential Election of the HKSfN and receiving candidate proposals from Members. The Secretaries shall be the chairmen of the Presidential Nominating Committee. The Committee shall appoint not more than two Student Members to join the Committee. The Council shall nominate more than three Members and elect three Members to the Committee. The existing President shall not take part in the Presidential Nominating Committee.
Councillor Nominating Committee shall be responsible for nominating candidates for the Councillor Election of the HKSfN and receiving candidate proposals from Members. The President shall be the chairman of the Councillor Nominating Committee. The Committee may appoint not more than two Student Members to join the Committee. The Council shall nominate more than three members and elect three members to the Committee.
Programme Committees shall be established for the purpose of organising and executing programmes in the name or to the credit of the HKSfN. A Programme Committee, corresponding to each programme or activity, shall be composed of at least one Regular Member appointed by the Council, one Student Member appointed by the Council and all the Secretaries. Each Programme Committee shall elect its own chairperson.
Special Committees
Special Committees may be established by the President for proper operation of the HKSfN or HKSfN-related issues. The Committees shall be ratified by the Council.
