Huizhou Fukuoka Motor Speedway: Guangdong

The Huizhou Fukuoka Motor Speedway is located in Guangdong China ( https://goo.gl/maps/HkG31aJ5Td72 ) , and features a clockwise running track, 10-15m wide, and 1.4km long, with 13 corners and a top speed of ~130 km/h. Track website: www.huntingracing.com . It is considered a good track for training track riding skills, although not an international grade race track.

Times & MotoSport Training Course

Times MotoSport run a track riding training course at the Huizhou Fukuoka Motor Speedway. For HK riders, the usual arrangement is to meet at the Shenzhen's Lok Ma Chau border at 7:30am, where a driver will pick up riders before 8am and drive 75mins to the track. Riders should arrive by 9am, and finish the day at 5:30pm before arriving back in HK at ~7pm. For English speaking training, it is best to gather a group of 6 or more English speaking riders. Notes:

  • 300cc Kawasaki Ninja sportsbikes are used
  • Track sessions: ~8 sessions of ten-fifteen minutes per day
  • Optional leather suit rental 200-450RMB, Boots 150RMB, Bring your own full face helmet, full gauntlet gloves, and preferably your own track boots.
  • If any accident happens, replacement parts are chargable: Typical low side damage is usually ~1,000 to 2,000RMB, whereas major crash damage is typically 10,000RMB
  • Training Course Package: Lessons 1-5. Lesson 1 basics, Lesson 2 cornering (knee drag exercise), Lesson 3 heavy braking, Lesson 4 chasing, Lesson 5 race simulation.
