We are a team of academics from City University of Hong Kong, University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore, University of Oxford and University of Leeds. In 2021, the team was awarded the Collaborative Research Fund award from Research Grants Council for HK$3.11 million to investigate insolvency law and policy in Hong Kong in times of COVID-19 and beyond. This is a multi-disciplinary team, comprising academics from law, political science, accounting and finance.
