Helmet

Helmet is a protective headgear made from hard materials such as metal, plastic, or fiberglass, designed to safeguard the head from injury. It is commonly used by soldiers, construction workers, motorcyclists, and athletes to protect against impacts, falling objects, or accidents. Helmets often include padding and adjustable straps for comfort and a secure fit. 

Helmets have been used since ancient times, originally made of bronze or leather for soldiers in battle. Over time, their design evolved to provide better protection and comfort. In the Philippines, helmets became widely used by workers, drivers, and military personnel as safety awareness grew.
