The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and managing strategic retail and dealer accounts across assigned territories. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing account strategies that increase market share and profitability. The successful candidate will lead commercial planning, sales forecasting, pricing management, and promotional execution while ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Key Account Manager plays a critical role in strengthening Hisense's position in the consumer electronics and home appliance industry across all assigned channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Target Achievement (Sell-In & Sell-Out):
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sell-in and sell-out targets across all product categories and assigned channels.
Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company sales objectives and KPIs.
Monitor sales performance vs. targets; identify gaps and implement timely corrective actions.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the Sales Director.
People Management & Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Supervisors, Account Specialists, and Brand Promoters across the assigned territory.
Set individual performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Motivate and inspire the team through a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Identify training and development needs; support team members' growth in alignment with company standards.
Channel Management & Dealer Relations:
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with authorized dealers and key retail accounts (e.g., SM, Abenson, Ansons, Robinsons).
Negotiate trading terms, promotional programs, and display agreements with trade partners.
Expand the dealer network by identifying, onboarding, and developing new accounts within the territory.
Ensure optimal product availability, shelf presence, and in-store execution at all dealer touchpoints.
Pricing & Promotions:
Maintain and protect pricing integrity across all channels; monitor and address unauthorized discounting.
Plan and execute trade promotions and dealer incentive programs in coordination with the Trade Marketing team.
Monitor and support the company's Average Selling Price (ASP) and gross margin objectives.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to trade partners.
Work with Brand Marketing on in-store activations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
Relay market intelligence, dealer feedback, and competitor insights to Product Management and Sales Leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry is highly preferred (TVs, ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, freezers).
Proven track record of consistently achieving sell-in and sell-out targets.
Established relationships with key retail accounts is a strong advantage.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset; able to read sales data, spot trends, and make informed decisions.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Filipino; Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory (NCR, Visayas, Mindanao).
