We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s official stores on Shopee and Lazada. The role will be responsible for daily store operations, product listings, campaign participation, and performance monitoring to drive online sales growth. The position will also coordinate with the company’s external e-commerce agency to ensure smooth execution of platform campaigns and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
Manage day to day operations of the company’s Shopee and Lazada flagship stores
Maintain and update product listings including descriptions, images, videos, and pricing
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability
Monitor store ratings, customer reviews, and feedback to maintain strong store performance and brand image
Campaign and Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing platform campaigns such as double digit sales, flash deals, and voucher promotions
Manage and optimize advertising tools such as Shopee Ads and Lazada Sponsored Products
Coordinate with the external e-commerce agency on promotional activities and campaign implementation
Data Monitoring and Optimization
Analyze store performance including sales, traffic, and conversion rates
Track competitor activities and platform trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor platform policy updates and ensure store operations remain compliant
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field
At least 1 year experience managing Shopee or Lazada stores
Willing to work on-site Mondays to Fridays
Experience in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
Skills
Strong understanding of e-commerce platform operations in the Philippines
Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English.
