IMPORT AND CUSTOMS RELATIONS MANAGER
This role is responsible for overseeing the importation (and exportation, if needed) processes, and ensuring compliance with international and local trade laws and regulations. They are responsible for establishing policies and standard operating procedures and managing risks involved in achieving customs compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Import & Export Operations
Coordinate import and export activities to ensure timely shipment clearance and delivery.
Work closely with customs brokers and logistics partners to facilitate the release and transportation of shipments.
Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation and regulatory requirements.
Support applications and permits required for importation, including tariff classification rulings and regulatory clearances.
Monitor import/export expenses and ensure cost-efficient operations while minimizing unnecessary charges.
Review customs and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export laws, regulations, and company policies.
Monitor and analyze trade compliance data, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain and update import/export compliance records and databases.
Assist in developing and improving import/export policies, procedures, and controls.
Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, customs authorities, and external partners.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers against agreed service levels and KPIs.
Prepare regular reports and analyses on import/export activities, costs, and performance metrics.
Support vendor and service provider negotiations to achieve favorable commercial and operational outcomes.
Qualification, Experience, and Competencies
Graduate of 4-year degree course, with strong background on Customs Administration
At least 5 years of related experience in Customs Management
Extensive knowledge of global trade regulations and local customs laws
Strong analytical skills in interpreting data and metrics
Excellent problem-solving skills and can develop and implement effective strategies on operational efficiency and cost reduction measures
Effective written and oral communication
Ability to think outside the box in order to spot opportunities for improvement
Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office and the internet
Team player and can work with a diverse group of people
LOGISTICS ANALYST
This role is responsible in optimizing logistics operations, supporting data analyses and reports, improving inventory efficiency, and ensuring the cost-effective and timely delivery of goods. They act as strategic problem-solver - leveraging data analytics and operational insights to streamline logistics operations, reduce costs, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data from ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and other sources to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare regular inventory, sales, and logistics performance reports for management and key stakeholders.
Logistics Operations Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze transportation routes, delivery schedules, and distribution networks to improve service levels and optimize resource utilization.
Support initiatives that streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
Recommend inventory strategies to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and storage costs.
Collaborate with warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to improve warehouse utilization, storage layouts, and fulfillment processes.
Transportation & Distribution
Evaluate transportation and logistics provider performance against established KPIs and service standards.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and enhance customer service levels.
Support freight and logistics cost management initiatives through analysis and vendor collaboration.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in logistics process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
Provide analytical and operational support to the Logistics team and contribute to the successful implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives.
Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualification, Experience, and Competencies
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management
At least 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Operations
In-dept knowledge of distribution and shipping methods, and inventory management strategies
Knowledge in SAP and other ERP systems is a plus
Strong analytical skills in interpreting data and metrics
Effective written and oral communication
Ability to think outside the box in order to spot opportunities for improvement
Can multitask and handle multiple projects

DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT
The Distribution & Delivery Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Logistics Team, ensuring the efficient coordination of deliveries, documentation, and billing processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth distribution operations by working closely with internal departments, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), dealers, and subcontractors.
Assist the Logistics Officer and/or Logistics Manager in scheduling and booking deliveries nationwide.
Support route planning and coordination of orders for timely delivery.
Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
Monitor and report returned units, ensuring proper documentation and prompt escalation.
Coordinate with Order Management, Sales, and 3PL partners to help resolve delivery-related concerns.
Track delivery status and ensure timely submission of PODs from 3PL partners.
Facilitate POD confirmation and updates in SAP.
Receive, record, and forward POD documents to the Finance Department.
Prepare and submit regular POD status reports.
Receive billing documents from 3PL partners and verify accuracy and completeness.
Ensure billing details are properly validated before processing.
Submit billing documents for approval and coordinate endorsement to the Finance Department.
Maintain organized records of logistics-related billing documents.
Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies
Graduate, Bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates may apply.
At least one (1) year of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, preferred.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools.
Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.

ORDER MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
This role provides key support to the Order Management Specialist for all aspects of order fulfillment – including sales order processing, returns management, and customer service for internal customers i.e. Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Product Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders, return orders, and inventory requests accurately and efficiently through SAP.
Monitor order fulfillment status and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Logistics teams to address stock availability and order-related concerns.
Manage return transactions and ensure timely processing and system updates.
Coordinate promotional, demo, and marketing inventory requirements for events and partnerships.
Work closely with Finance, Service, and Compliance teams on pricing adjustments, replacement orders, and special requests.
Support inventory count activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Graduate of at least a vocational degree course
At least 1 year of related experience in Sales Operations, Sales Order Management, Logistics, or Data Entry
