The Marketing Assistant Manager supports the development and execution of branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth across all Hisense product categories. This role works closely with internal teams, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of integrated marketing initiatives across traditional, digital, retail, and trade channels.
Overview of Job Responsibilities:
Brand Management
Assist in developing and executing brand-building initiatives aligned with Hisense's overall marketing strategy.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, retail executions, and digital platforms.
Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Support the implementation of global and regional brand guidelines in the local market.
Campaign Planning and Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, trade, and above-the-line (ATL) channels.
Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Coordinate campaign requirements including creative assets, media placements, production timelines, and approvals.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluations and recommendations.
Advertising and Media Management
Assist in managing advertising activities across TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, and social media platforms.
Coordinate with media agencies to optimize media spending and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Track advertising schedules, placements, and deliverables to ensure compliance with agreed plans.
Digital Marketing Support
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align online campaigns with overall brand objectives.
Support social media initiatives, content campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital promotions.
Monitor digital campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Retail and Trade Marketing Coordination
Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop branding and promotional support for retail channels.
Ensure timely deployment of marketing materials, in-store branding, and point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
Support product launches, dealer events, and retail activations.
Budget and Vendor Management
Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures against approved allocations.
Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and service providers regarding quotations, production schedules, billing, and deliverables.
Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of marketing-related expenses.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, brand initiatives, and marketing activities.
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and campaign results to support strategic decision-making.
Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, advertising, or related marketing functions.
Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience working with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and integrated marketing communications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing business data, managing inventory operations, and supporting retail execution. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and retail teams to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
