HISD Lab, a Human-centered Intelligence Service Design Lab,

situated in the Department of Service Design Engineering at Sungshin Women's University,

is dedicated to researching human-centered and heartful intelligence service design. 

AI 기반 서비스가 사람을 배려하고 따뜻한 사용자경험(UX)을 제공할 수 있도록

사용자 리서치(정성/정량)로 니즈와 가치를 발굴하고 전략 수립과 설계, 구현 및 평가 과정을 진행하며

스마트홈, 홈로봇, 헬스케어, 의료, 교육, 커머스 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 연구를 수행합니다.

We design AI-based services that are considerate of users and deliver a heartful user experience (UX).

Through user research in various fields (smart homes, home robots, healthcare, medical care, education, commerce, etc.), 

we identify user needs and values, develop strategies, design, implement, and evaluate solutions.

최근 ‘인공지능 공감(AI Empathy)’과 ‘설명가능한 인공지능(Explainable AI)’ 관점에서 

사용자의 인지/정서/행동 경험 디자인 연구를 진행합니다.

Recently, we have researched users' cognitive/affective/behavioral experience design,

particularly from the perspectives of ‘AI Empathy’ and ‘Explainable AI.'
