​What makes my position as a Instructional Technology Coach the most rewarding is that I can actively help to inspire other teachers innovate their curriculum.

Large all-school events like the EA Derby and the Period of Code allow Computer Science and Engineering to take center stage with Language Arts and Mathematics. Other events like our Apollo 13 Challenge and Kinetic Katapults, in conjunction with the Science Department, allows our students to use their Science skills to problem solve.

Skyping in the classroom brings experts from all over the world to help support whichever topic they are learning about in their classroom curriculum. Famous Paleontologists, national parks, international classrooms, and world renowned museums are brought directly to our students.

My day is filled with collaborative efforts with teachers about how we can actively engage our students in STEM throughout the curriculum. They are GREAT days!
