I was thrilled to attend the 2021 WWC conference hosted by Marigold PR. The conference was a two-day virtual event that had a plethora of unique panels to tune into, along with interactive speed networking events.
Despite it being virtual due to Covid-19 restrictions, I could still interact and be involved in the conference. I met a few people virtually who I've followed for a few years on social media, along with listening to people in the industry I admire speak. I want to personally thank Danielle Mckay from Marigold PR for inviting me to this event. She is extremely good at her job and a delight to speak with.
The whole virtual conference was very well put together and offered a plethora of incredible topics, speakers and sessions to attend. I hope to one day attend an "in-person" event in the year 2022 and be able to meet the incredible humans who put on this event.
The highlight of the conference was seeing the Sisters of the Valley speak. If you're unaware as to who these incredible humans are, let me the first to inform you. Sisters of the Valley are a group of nuns who grow cannabis
You're probably thinking "nuns and pot" sound like a strange combination, but they're some of the coolest women ever. The sisters are not of catholic origin, but are activists on a mission to change the way people see cannabis. All their products are handmade while following the moon cycles. These women are on a crusade to change how the world views cannabis and they're doing a spectacular job at it.
