Liven up your office or home with a lifelike, fake cannabis plant. This is a low-maintenance plant that requires no soil or water, making it perfect for dorm rooms, home offices, or just about anywhere else!
Sometimes it’s the little things that bring the most joy to our everyday lives. That’s the idea entrepreneur and cannabis business advocate Adrienne Uthe is counting on with her latest venture, Flowers of Pot. The company’s line of potted silk cannabis plants is designed to spark conversation and bring style to any living room, bedroom, office, or dining area. More than a business that sells potted pot, Flowers of Pot hopes to spread a more altruistic message, encouraging people to stay inspired.
Adrienne is fiercely passionate about the untapped power of cannabis to change peoples’ lives for the better. “It’s always been my mission to connect the cannabis industry to the rest of the world,” says Adrienne. “I’m laser-focused on preserving the integrity of the plant and all of the wisdom that comes with it but also adapting and taking advice from other, more established industries. My aim with Flowers of Pot is connecting the cannabis and home décor trends – if you’re enriching your space with a faux plant, why not have it be cannabis? We’re giving people a thoughtful way to show that they’re an innovator, they support new ideas, and they’re inspired on their path.”
From Rachel:
My inspiration behind Flowers of Pot can be credited to each of my parents. Being first generation, I grew up watching both of my immigrant parents create their each own successful businesses from the ground up. Not only did they teach me how to find beauty and optimism in everything that surrounds me, but also how to channel creativity through a business perspective. Stepping into the Cannabis industry straight out of college allowed me to be apart of an industry that was growing rapidly and moving quickly towards legalization. At the time, I was working as a manager in dispensaries, seeking ways to bring creativity and enjoyment to the storefront. Something I have always remembered or noticed about my mother growing up was her elegant, intricate flower arrangements she placed around our home as decor.
Every time the season changed or a new holiday would come around, a new flower arrangement would be placed to match the theme. She has this remarkable eye for constructing original synthetic floral arrangements placed in beautiful vases. I never payed much attention to the flowers until I grew up and realized she had always used flowers that did not rot or die. Thus, my inspiration for Flowers of Pot evolved. Not only was I inspired by my mothers immense creativity and ability to self-run businesses, but also the mother’s touch she brought fourth to our household. I thought to myself- How cool would it be to marijuana plants that never die?
I had seen it done before with other plants- roses, sunflowers, eucalyptuses. Basically any other plant you could think of, but not yet a marijuana plant. So, this is where it all began. Flowers of Pot is not just a typical stoner accessory, it is for plant enthusiasts and the many people that have experienced the medicinal-natural, healing benefits of this amazing plant. I hope Flowers of Pot brings light into your home, just as my mothers flowers did for mine.
