Sovial Events & Retreats Volunteers

About | The Parent Association hosts several events and retreats every school year! Whether you'd like to volunteer at one or more, to help set up, clean up, support during the event, or even plan the whole thing, everyone is welcome!

Volunteer Details

• Volunteers check-in at the office or event and wear their EIM badge.

• Volunteers including, the Committee Chair, Room Parents and Grade Level Representatives, work closely together and with the teachers to coordinate Christmas tree decorations by grade level. 

• Volunteers are needed for planning, the day of the event for set up, activities during the event as well as event take down and clean up.
