Track Volunteer Hours

Tracking volunteer hours each semester helps our school when applying for grants. It also helps the Parent Association understand volunteer hours required to fulfill service needs for the school. 

When to Track Volunteer Hours

Volunteer Hours can be entered daily or added up and entered weekly, monthly or by semester. Please enter by the end of each semester.

How to Track Volunteer Hours

1. Log in to FACTS

2. Go to Family > Family Home.

3. The Service Hours box is in the top middle of the screen. Select the volunteer name from the drop down menu.

4. Click the Plus Button on the Service Hours section in the top middle of the screen

5. Select the committee/activity and enter the hours.
