Volunteer Details

• Volunteers check-in at the office or event and wear their EIM badge.

• Volunteers including, the Committee Chair, Room Parents and Grade Level Representatives, work closely together and with the teachers to coordinate Christmas tree decorations by grade level. 

• Volunteers are needed for planning, the day of the event for set up, activities during the event as well as event take down and clean up.
