Stage 1. PLANNING: From October until December 2024. 

Planning of content & structure.

Stage 2. CONTENT ENTRY: From January until Mars 2025. 

First design and content entry on the Observatory/Think Tank website sketch.

Stage 3.  DESIGN AND COOPERATIONS: April 2025 to September 2025:

Further design of the website, to be located at University of South California

Substantive organization of content sections, in collaboration between team researchers and external colleagues.

Entry of more and various types of content into the website.

Stage 4. OPENING: Since October 2025:

Opening of the Observatory/Think Tank website to the public.

Start of several other connected activities, such as conferences, seminars/webinars, workshops, books presentations, art exhibitions.
