Casual side-scrolling platformer from the perspective of a child looking out a car window while daydreaming about their imaginary friend running alongside the car across the scenery in the world. In the 11 person team, I was primarily one of the developers who worked on this Unity game project. I was responsible for implementing many of the backend features, most notably:
User interface System (structure, navigation, and scripts behind them)
Player Respawn System (had to make an algorithm to avoid the player spawning inside level objects)
Scene transition Sequence (arranged the ordering of the scenes)
Gamepad Controller Support (mapped for Xbox 360 controls)
I also provided advise and feedback to the designers in the team. The game was developed with the primary goal of showcasing it at Melbourne PAX (2022).
